Castamere is a Belgian-inspired wheat ale with Blood Orange Zest and Coriander. Fermented quite dry using a Norwegian Kviek strain, this beer delicately balanced with notes of bitter citrus zest, sweet naval orange, and wheat. A perfect beer for getting through the early days of Spring and Summer. This beer will leave you feeling refreshed, yet thirsting for more.
