Much Abu About Nothing is the beer that began our barrel aging program. It is easily one of our favorite beers. After carefully blending a variety of wild and barrel aged beers, we treat the blend to an aging period of four months on fresh Connecticut Raspberries from Bishops Orchards in Guilford.
This delicate, aromatic, and tart beer is visually captivating with its bright red, almost see-through, hue. Much Abu About Nothing is dominated by flavorful notes of ripe raspberries, akin to that of fresh homemade raspberry jam. The beer finishes dry and leaves a palpable thirst for more.
